Develop your little learner’s visual discrimination skills with a fun shadow matching puzzle with things that go!

This resource is an extension activity for our Weekly Storybook-based Activity Guide to the book “The Little House.”

How to Play

1. Print out the printables and cut out the pieces.
2. Have your child try and match the vehicles to its shadow, being careful to pay attention to little details.
3. Optional: Laminate the puzzle mat and pieces to make it more durable. Place velcro dots on the pieces to keep the pieces in place and for easier storage.
